Who is behind Xaqzevoruli, and how we make money
Who is behind Xaqzevoruli? A UK software company, Quantum Software Technologies Ltd, number 14209581. This page says what we build, who is accountable, where your money sits and how we earn a living, including the awkward parts.
Our mission and method
We want people who choose to trade to do it with rules, not impulses. The method is simple: write the rules first, size every position from the stop, and keep the off switch within reach.
We explain risk before features, because most people who lose money lose it by taking more risk than they planned.
What the software actually is
Xaqzevoruli is rule-based trading software. It follows instructions you give it and sends orders to a broker account in your name. It does not predict markets, give signals or learn from your trades.
The word Quantum is part of the company's legal name and nothing more. The software does not use quantum computing.
Who is behind Xaqzevoruli: the company
The publisher is Quantum Software Technologies Ltd, company number 14209581, registered at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. We do not list individual names on this site. The company is the accountable party, and its officers are shown on the public register at Companies House. Check it before you trust us.
Where your money sits
With the executing broker you choose, never with us. We do not take deposits, hold client funds or make withdrawals. If a broker fails, that is a matter between you, the broker and its regulator. That is why we ask you to check each broker's licence yourself.
How we make money
We are a software vendor and a marketing affiliate. Partner brokers pay us a rebate or a referral fee when someone we introduce opens an account. You do not pay it, and the software is free.
The conflict is plain: we are paid when you register, not when you succeed. So we do not hide it, we publish costs openly, and we say who should not use this. Our review repeats the point.
What we do not do
- We do not hold your money.
- We do not give investment advice, tips or signals.
- We do not promise results, and we do not offer bonuses for depositing.
- We do not ask for your password by email, phone or chat.
- We do not publish customer quotes or invented reviews.
How we think about trust
Trust is earned by being checkable. So we publish the company number, the support hours, the complaints route and the costs. We state limits next to claims, and we date our sources. When a number is not published, we leave it out instead of guessing.
Our promises, and their limits
We promise to keep the risk warning in front of you, to keep costs plain and to answer when you write. We cannot promise that a broker will behave well, that markets will cooperate or that any rule you write will work. Those are outside our control, and anyone who says otherwise is selling something. Our review lists the limits in full.
When something goes wrong
Email [email protected]. We acknowledge every complaint within 2 working days. If a broker is the problem, we will point you to the broker's regulator, but we cannot overrule a broker. Full details are on the contact page.
Executing brokers
Each one holds your money, not us. See the registration page for the current list.
