Who we are
This site and the Xaqzevoruli software are published by Quantum Software Technologies Ltd, company number 14209581, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. We call the company we, us or our.
What we provide
We provide rule-based trading software and information about it. We connect you with executing brokers for your country, and our software sends orders you have configured to your broker account.
We are not a broker
We do not hold your money, execute trades, give advice or make recommendations. Your broker holds your funds and executes your orders under its own terms, which you must read.
Who may use this
You must be at least 18, able to enter a contract, and located where use of the service is allowed. Access is restricted in some countries, and the list may change. You must not use the site if you are not allowed to.
What you agree to do
- Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your login details private.
- Not misuse the site, attack it, scrape it or copy it.
- Not use it to break the law or the rules of your broker.
Risk
Trading carries a high risk of losing money, including all of it. Our Risk Disclosure is part of these terms. You trade at your own risk, with money you can afford to lose.
Our commercial relationships
We are a marketing affiliate and receive rebates and referral fees from partner brokers. See how we make money. The review on this site is published by us and is not independent.
Our content
The site, text, designs and software belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not copy, resell or build on them without written permission.
Our liability
We take care with the site and software, but we provide them as they are. We do not promise they will be free of errors, always available or suited to your needs. We are not responsible for trading losses, for broker actions, for market moves, for outages outside our control, or for losses that were not foreseeable.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes and ending
We may change the site, the software or these terms. We may suspend or end access if you break the terms or if the law requires it. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data.

Write to [email protected]. We acknowledge complaints within 2 working days. Our contact page has the full process.
Using the software
You are responsible for the rules and limits you set, for checking that they do what you intended, and for monitoring your account. Test with the smallest size first. You must not rely on the software to protect you from loss, because it cannot.
Links to other sites
We link to third-party sites, such as the public company register and the pages of other platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
Your data
How we use your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Notices and contact
We may give you notice by email or by posting it on this site. You can write to us at [email protected] or at our registered office. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Availability of the service
We aim to keep the site running, but we may pause it for maintenance or because of events outside our control, such as network failures or attacks. We may also change what the software does, or stop offering it in some places, without notice. If that happens, your broker account stays with your broker.
Brokers and other third parties
Your relationship with a broker is a separate contract between you and that broker. We are not a party to it. The broker's terms, fees and risk warnings apply to everything you do with it, and you should read them before you deposit. We do not control what a broker does and do not stand behind it.
The whole agreement
These terms, with the Risk Disclosure and Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site. They replace anything we said earlier about it. No one else has any right to enforce them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under the law where you live.
