Before you write
Tell us what you were doing, what you expected and what happened. Never send your password, full card number or broker login by email. We will never ask, and we will never call you to ask for money. If your question is about money held at a broker, contact the broker first, because only it can see your account.
Complaints
If we got something wrong, tell us at [email protected]. We acknowledge every complaint within 2 working days, and we answer in writing. If you are unhappy with the answer, you can usually take it to the regulator or ombudsman that covers your broker.

How to report a fake website or fraud
Copy the address of the site, take a screenshot and email it to [email protected]. Remember our only official domains: xaqzevoruli.co.uk and app.xaqzevoruli.co.uk. If you have lost money, contact your bank and your national fraud reporting service straight away.
